ABSA Allowing Scanners to debit my account

Friday 2 August 2019, I discovered that there were unauthorized, debit orders from **** company called C-Wealth for R89.00 a month dating back to May 2019. These debit order were not visible on debit order list and then called ABSA who managed to reverse a couple of those debit orders and was told they couldn't reverse the one for May as it was more than 3 months and was advised to consult the branch, they will be able to reverse. 08 August 2019 I visited the so-called branch at the Mall of Africa, Waterfall and was told they can't reverse, I have to complete a form and my money will be available after a month. How pathetic can ABSA be when they loaded this **** on my account without my authority? I need my money and I am going to be moving my products from this lunatics
