Absa allowing **** debit orders to ***** your money

I can't explain how frustrated we are with Absa at the moment. My husband just had a debit order come off for R 1600 for a cell c contract that he doesn't have. This is the 3rd time it's happened. All they have done is reverse it eventually. Every time we ask them what is happening and how can this be allowed as we never gave permission for this. No one can answer us. We have even asked for suggestions on how to prevent it and no one knows how to help. We have been banking with Absa for over 15 years and we are ready to move if this is the service we get. Ur hard earned money isn't safe anymore, maybe with other banks but definitely not Absa unfortunately.
