Absa allowed a ********* to use my Name for Vehicle Finance

I've been banking with Absa since 2004.On the 09th of November I received a sms saying Nedbank needs my statement for Vehicle Finance. After that I received another one saying If you did not update your profile pls contact ***** line.. I did so on the 11th of November. I spoke to Derby Peterson. And she promised to stop everything. Because I didn't know that Vehicle Finance application. On Monday 15th of November I got a call from Absa asking that do I still continue with Vehicle Finance of Ford Ranger. I nearly fainted. I dropped that call and called Absa *****.I spoke to a lady by the name of Bonisiwe and I told her all of the above then she referred me to Nompumelelo at Vehicle Finance Dept. Then she referred me to Jeanette De Kok who approved the Vehicle Finance with Absa. When I spoke to her she asked me to send her my ID photo via WhatsApp. Then when I asked her the ID on the application she said photo is not the same but ID is the same. After that she ignored me when I asked her wanting to know more. Today I headed to Absa PMB Church Street Branch. And I spoke to Sane. She showed me on computer screen that Vehicle Finance from Absa was approved amount of R700 000. So much was done to manipulate my Account to approved that finance. I was able to stop Nedbank for access on my statement but Absa went on and Finance the ********* whereas they were alerted about *****. I'm very disappointed with Absa . I hope Dave Mbele of Absa ***** Forensic will dig deep into this matter. Because it seems as if there was a negligence and inside job.
