Absa Alexandria branch

I called the absa credit card department today to find out about my absa credit card then i was told that it was closed by Alexandria's branch and they didn't even notify us it was done behind our backs, i decided to close all my accounts and switching my debit orders and changing to FNB that's far better then absa. Absa just lost a valuable client cause my cheque account was always in a good state and i paid that expensive fees so now absa doesn't see me as a client so what's the use of banking with absa i'm closing this **** accounts and to hell with the employees of the alexandria branch. Everything was for nothing i was fooled i used all my ****en airtime to call in everytime when it was necessary. What's worse is that i get messages from UTI courier about the card and now no one told me it's closed.
