Absa Alberton, Terrible Service

We have been struggling with a Linda from the Alberton Branch regarding our church account. He has been *********** from day 1. Terrible is an understatement. If ever you visit the Absa branch and are assisted by Linda, you will be lucky if you get things done right the first time around. TERRIBLE!

He has lost documents then claims we did not submit; our account was placed on hold, and he did not bother to come back to us and let us know why until we had to process a transaction. We have been trying to get it resolved however no one gets back to us, if someone does get back to us, it's being sent from pillar to post.
