Absa AIP Vehicle Insurance

On the 29th November 2017 I received a sms advising me to show proof of my insurance and email to ********** I emailed my proof of insurance on the 5th December 2017. To my surprise and disgust, I was debited including there insurance as well as my vehicle instalment end of January 2018. I would like this matter sorted asap otherwise I will take matters further as I still have proof of the sms sent as well as my email sent thus proofing to Absa/AIP insurance they had no legal right to debit me
