ABSA AIP services, WHAT ******* IS THIS ??????

My car is finance with Absa since 2015, i have been a client of them since 2005 and I must say that i have never seen such nonsense in my life. Sometimes in November a certain Hlompho called me to tell me that i need to provide them with a proof of insurance. For what reasons i dont know, my car has always been insuered. This followed by an sms, which i fowarded the damn proof to them. On the 10 Jan, i recieved a statement with extra R1300 added onto my installment and when i called in was told is for insurance. What BS is this. Some Leone Engelbrecth has been sending me from pillar to post and they are now refusing to cancel this insurace that i have no idea what is for, even if i did, i am not interested. PLEASE SORT THIS MESS OUT OR ELSE I WILL ESCALTE THIS TO THE PUBLIC PROTECTOR, THE FSB AND THE CONSUMER COMMISSION. THIS IS A BLATANT ****GERY AND ********. SORT THIS ******* OUT AND PROVIDE ME WITH AMENDED STATEMENT REFLECTING MY NORMAL INSTALMENT
