Absa Aim investmentd

We invested with Absa via Aim and when we required a withdrawal, 29000.00 was lost on the investment without it being communicated before we could sign and were given no documents after making the notice to withdraw or surrender the investment.

We desperately need assistance getting this money back as it does not make sense to have financial advisors who do not communicate with clients where their investment have lost value and still allow them to take money at this huge loss.

Please please assist.
