ABSA AGENTS DONT KNOW HOW TO HELP

I reported my incident 15 October 2015 about my provident fund not being paid out after 3 months, despite my complaints they still telling me that they don't know when they will pay it out. turn around time is 21 days now its been 3 months nothing from them.<br> <br> don't ever put your provident fund at absa they will not pay it back, this is worst bank ever, the worst customer service and worst delay I ever seen.<br> <br> Absa should fall. can one your agents tell me when will you pay back my money no matter is not 1 million its still my money.<br> <br> give me specific date and tell me what the delays are all about<br>
