Absa agent ghosted

Im in the process of settling a student loan. I want to make final payment but getting no response from my liaison and im unnerved. I hve no direct contact number and when you call absa its just call centre agents. Im so worried i have been part of a ****, i really need someone to contact me who can verfiy all thats been done before i make final payment to get my settlement letter. Please assist urgently someone!
