12 Oct 2022, 09:49My complaint was been handled by Basani Hlungwane reference number C-***4 who closed my complaint without resolving my issue. Im still waiting for my refund. My complaint was lodged on the 5th October it is now the 12th.Stop giving me the run around. I want my complaint to be dealt with today. I dnt want to be contacted by Basani its clear she dnt know about customer service. When contacted I want a resolution not an excuse.
