Absa again

Almost two months ago I had an issue with Absa. Yet again I have an issue where money wS taken out that should not be taken out. I logged a complaint with them on Tuesday.Got an automatic reply yesterday that they will contact me by the 6th as they are investigating my complaint. The best part is I didnt write the reason for my complaint so what are they investigating. I rep**** to the email asking them what are they investigating as I did not put my issue on the complaint again I received an automated reply that they investigating my complaint. What happened to Absa they used to be the best.
