Your slogan should be- Absa Africanacity, the african way we get f@c#ol done. Since 15/04/2021 I have been waiting on Absa to call me back regarding a product on the Absa website that I am interested in. I have logged the call me back option on the Absa site probably 15-20 times with a response mail send back to me stating that one of our Africanacity consultants will be in touch shortly. There is no other option listed in connection with the service/product. Absa I think you need to tell your Africanasity's to go and look up the definition "shortly" in the dictionary. I have been with Crabsa for +- 25 years but your service is really going down the drain, when covid hit it was also a pain in the @ss to deal with your Africanasity's. If you don't want my business, I will take it elsewhere, there is enough competition.
