ABSA - Affected credit score due

I received my credit report on a monthly basis. I have been working extremely hard on my credit rating. This month it reflects that we are a month in arrears on the bond account. I received a sms and checked on my bank statement that the loan did deduct of my FNB cheque account. The debit order normally goes off on the 1st, but both the vehicle finance and bond only deducted on 3 May. I tried to phone twice during the week, with no assistance or feedback received. We placed our house in the market and gave ABSA notice thereof ..... dont know if this affected the deduction. Nothing has changed on my part.
