I have a small business account which due to lockdown I received no money so they phoned me if I wanted to close my account but they also told me they are charging me bank charges every month. so they want their pound of meat and you as customer can just payup till you have no more money. they don't care about their customers and that the president asked the bank to be lenient. cant do any business as the mittal section I deal withis still in lockdown
