Absa

Yet again Absa!! There is an absa credit card account on my list of accounts that I don't have and paying into my absa credit card that I do have I incorrectly paid into the non existang account. The funds were taken out as soon as paid and not refunded. I sent an email to no response. So tired of absa. No consultant can assist. No one replies to emails. Let my accounts go in errors I can imagine how fast I will be contacted. Disappointed yet again...
