Absa

I had my debit order for my car to go off on the 25 march 2021, the money was deducted from my account and on the 27 march 2021 i received a sms to state i have not paid, call centre contacted me but yet they cannot solve the problem to state where my money has gone to, that same day i contact my bank and according to them no money was reverse back to my account so who is lying to who, my statement shows the money was deducted infact ABSA was the first people to deduct,so now they want to threaten me with the bureaus and i tried sorting things out since i received the 1st sms but no answers received up until today. I was given two email's from ABSA to escalate the matter but still nothing.
