ABSA admin is a Joke
What a joke! My car gets paid every month without failing just that my reference wasn’t right. So I requested a copy of a proof of payment a week ago and sent it to ABSA to update my account. Guess what I still get calls even today being told my account is in arrears.. I’m so ****ed off by the level of incompetence
