ABSA admin fiasco. Don't care Absa attitude

<p>My vehicle engen and vin number was change on papers by Absa admin without my knowledge and I have made several emails and calls to absa in trying to get this sorted but they don't care.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have called complaints department and I spoke to rude Nhlobo or Mhlobo. Didn't get help. No one listens. My first call today lasted 18 minutes holding without response, second call lasted 7minutes without help and my last call today lasted 21 minutes with rude Nhlobo or Mhlobo at complaints department.</p> <p> </p> <p>No one wants to solve my problem which was created by Absa. I sold the car to the dealer who have also made several calls and emails to Absa. Absa do not care.</p>
