ABSA Admin Charges

Absa, what are these "admin charges" I keep getting on my account? R478 this month?!

The reference states to check my charge statement, but there is never a description.

I've phoned in to have a not-so-friendly staff member not able to give me any answers besides "you're doing something wrong".

Please shed some light on these charges, before I move over to FNB.
