Absa admin charge

I have logged so many call me backs and complaints I have had this business account for the past year now and in the last 6 months I have e gotten an admin charge separate to the transaction charge and monthly account fee I have e asked what is the charge and none is giving me a good answer I am a small business and on a monthly of the past 6 months my account was charged R1100 to R2000 classed as admin fir the past 7 months i have been charged nearly R 8000 in what the called admin charges I'd like to know what's this for
