ABSA added R7088.59 to AVAF account

A payment was paid into my vehicle account of R275 500 on 26 Feb 2025. The vehicle was sold yet ABSA deducted a debit order of R6755.59 off my bank account. They eventually refunded me as the funds was taken from my cheque account but also slyishly deducted the R6755.59 from the settlement paid into the account resulting in the settlement now being R268 411.41 which is a deduction of R7088.59. Why was my account loaded with R7088.59 if the account is closed and I am waiting on AVAF/Fastbuy to arrange a repayment schedule for the outstanding balance (that keeps climbing with irregular costs added without notice).

I am also still waiting on: 1) AVAF/Fastbuy to confirm debit order is now cancelled 2) AVAF/Fastbuy to do new repayment schedule for balance for shortfall in account
