Absa added car insurance on my installment when i already have one and they wont refund me my money.educted

Absa added car insurance on my car installment and went ahead and deducted debit order while I already have car insurance with FNB. I sent them proof of my insurance but they just keep on sending me docs about their car insurance whereas all I want is a refund. I cannot pay car insurance twice.
