Absa add extra products to vehicle finance without any concent from me the cleint, which makes them **********

Absa has been a behind the back thieve, they dont communicate to us as clients about added products that they just add to your vehicle finance, then all of sudden I neeed to try and geet hold of them to try and rectify it with no luck, they are now over charging me R1140 every month for extra insurancee on my vehicle that I have always had on the vehicle since i bought it from day one. They are poor in communicating and they never get back to a client over eemail to rectify their problems. No proof even of me asking for this porduct or agreeing to it.
