ABSA ACTIVATE POOR SERVICE

I have lodged an Insurance Claim with ABSA ACTIVATE and it's been over three weeks and I have not had anything actioned as yet.I have sent them several follow emails however there seems to be no concern from them.There is total lack of service and as paying customer this is absolutely not fair. I am appauled by their service and am really considering moving my entire portfolio to another bank.
