Absa Activate Nightmare

First time being in a car accident and having to go through a claim process, Absa Activate was the nightmare I never anticipated. No sense of urgency. I’m on my second month now without my car. Most horrible experience ever. They should stick to banking because clearly they are still in the experimenting phase and not putting people first. Nothing is prompt, from the customer care line to the actual work. I can’t wait to be done and shop around for an insurance that’s been in the industry longer with better turnaround time. I will never not be traumatized by this experience. Horrible is an understatement!🚮
