Absa Activate is worse insurance company

Absa Activate is the most useless insurance I have ever seen. Garbage. My mom got involved in an accident on the first of January and till today we still waiting on a claim from Absa activate. We submitted the settlement letter from the bank on the 7th of February 2022 and we have been told to wait between 3 to 5 working days. Today is the 20th they still telling us the same story.. Sometimes when you call they dont answer phone calls.
