Absa Activate insurance horror show

I was generally happy with Absa activate insurance until I had to add another car that I was not going to be a regular driver on, the consultant (Nomvula Sithole) kept getting the details incorrect and we exchanged numerous emails, but she conceitedly ignored my instructions of 2 cars 2 different drivers and kept on mixing the 2 cars, I tried to escalate this to whom I believed was her manager but he also did not even bother intervening, in the end I had to look for insurance elsewhere. This is a bad customer service that I believe the organisation does not subscribe to, and the incompetency in that department is shocking to say the least, now i'm trying to cancel the rest of the policy and i'm being told to wait for them it's been weeks, can someone intervene?
