Absa Activate Insurance Claim

I'm so disappointed with ABSA Activate insurance. In November 2023 we had a hailstorm in Midrand and my car was damaged. I logged a claim and it was approved in November. I waited for Absa activate to tell me when the repairer would take and fix the car. In December i decided to follow up with Absa and they called the repairer and they promised to take the car in but they never took it. In January i followed up again and they said my car would be fixed in February. I asked them to find me a repairer that can fix the earlier than that. Instead of finding me an earlier date they went for a repairer offering April date, what kind of nonsense is this? To top it up, none of them at Absa calls to tell me about these developments. I had to call Absa to hear about this April offer. Im asking them, why would you take an April date when i complained about February? fast forward, they now went back to Sanrose (the initial repairer who promised the Feb date), now Sanrose pushed the dates to April. It's been 6 months now im stuck with the car with bumps and holes due to the hail and it doesn't look like my assessor is taking this issue serious. The last time i spoke with him and his manager they said they were looking for a repairer, that was beginning of March, we are now in April. I really need help with this.
