Absa Activate Headache of an Insurer

Absa Active is a real troublesome insurance. Indeed signing up is not a hassle very quick and fast but it's the worst decision you can make for yourself. You can't reach consultants over the phone,they don't respond to emails basically there is no communication I didn't even know Queen was my consultant and reaching her has been a mission. They take over a month to assess claim with me sending pictures over and over again. My vehicle was towed for assessment to a different town over 80kms away and it wasn't even assessed so the question is why did they tow it to begin with, now after the claim has been rejected they are giving me run arounds when giving me my vehicle back 2 weeks I'm still waiting and all this time delaying the repair of my vehicle. I've called countless times emailed and I am not getting anywhere honestly I'm defected. If you want a headache go for Absa Activate they really don't care about their customers and I'm very disappointed as I had referred them to a friends and family of which one is even using them based on my recommendation. They lack in communication, customer service and functionality.
