ABSA Activate – Extremely disappointing experience

My experience with ABSA Activate has unfortunately not been a pleasant one.

A tracker was installed in my vehicle about two months ago, with the expectation that I would receive cashback based on my driving behaviour. I have consistently achieved 90%+ driving scores, yet I have still not received any cashback.

I have been trying to get this matter resolved since last week. Each time I manage to get through, I am told that the matter will be escalated, but I have received no meaningful update or resolution.

Another major issue is contactability. Getting through to ABSA Activate is extremely difficult, and the lines frequently cut off, making an already frustrating situation even worse.

I have allowed a lot of grace and patience, but unfortunately, the lack of communication, poor contactability and failure to resolve a fairly straightforward issue have left me very disappointed with my experience.

I hope ABSA Activate takes this complaint seriously and provides a proper explanation and resolution.
