ABSA ACTIVATE DEBIT without confirming the service.

I completed a non abligation quote as well as my details for ABSA Activate and did not submit, peding cancelling my current insurance. However, the first i heard that i had actiavted the insurance was when the debiot order went off my account. I have tried calling and no-one can assist. Just past from one agent to the next. Please cancel and refund my premium or show me proof of confrimation or activation of the service. Please do so irgently and do not debit me again.
