Absa Activate- Car Insurance: An art of not giving an f-word.

I logged a claim with this insurance since 29 March 2023. Till today 22 November 2023. They just don't give a damn, followed up on their email still nothing.

For weeks ago I requested for cancellation still no response! Very abusive these ones.
