Absa Activate Car Insurance

I have been using ABSA Activate insurance for many years, last year my premiums went up like three times in a short space of time. When I sent an email enquiring about the cause of change to my premiums I never got a response.

March 2024 I reversed my premiums due to financial difficulties. I got an email four days later from ABSA Activate. I then requested that they cancel the cover as I won't be able to continue. The consultant (Mpho) requested my ID number and policy number said she will assist. She did not cancel the policy instead she used my ID to implement another deduction which resulted in two months premiums. This is ***** and I hope people can monitor their bank statements for such. This morning I contacted my bank and requested that they reverse the money.
