Absa Activate Cancellation

Please help with cancelling my Absa Activate policy by December 31st.

I’ve tried doing this over the phone and the retention department keep hanging my calls. I need this to be sorted out and confirmation sent in writing. I mean, how many people really give 30 day notice of cancellation? So do the right thing for people that want to do right by you.

Please don’t call me - let’s keep everything in writing.
