Absa please explain to me why am I being debited R334.83 by a company I did not even authorise on my account, as I check on the internet to see which company is this, I see a lot of complaints from other card holders about this issue. Can you guys please explain or I will be forced to close my account and I’m not even in the country to complain, hence im using this platform, can someone please send me an email correspondence and I don’t want to hear we still investigating cause my money is gone and I don’t know how many transactions has this company been making in my account. How do you give someone authority with my concern to debit my account, are you guys not suppose to be guarding our money, keeping it safe for us. I work very hard for my money, plzzzz
