Absa account number ***4.

I bought a vehicle through absa vehicle and assets finance account number ***4 in 2016. I am paying regular installments every month and the title holder is Absa bank.The vehicle was cloned and **********ly removed from absa as titel holder and I opened a ***** case as per pta central cas 615/05/2019. I am unable to use nor drive the vehicle because I am unable to get license disc. Is fair to pay instalments for the car that I can't use nor drive . The matter was reported at Absa handling by MR Swart and is unresolved to date.pls help me. F2F Sithole ***
