ABSA - Absolute Ballache of a ****show Actually

I am not a whiner, but I seriously have problems with ABSA's call center for the following reasons:

I spent about 2hrs on the phone opening a new business account online. The first hour was spent being bounced around between different consultants. The second hour was spent filling in the online application with the help of a consultant
