ABSA - ABCESS BANK
App**** for a personal loan on the app. They want bank statements and letter from my accountant. I submit. File it "too large". Must be under 2MB. I compress the file. ABSA "cannot unzip the file". Tells me to send documents one by one which would result in 11 different case numbers. Stay away from these people. I am a Premium Client and would expect Private Banking to step in - nope. Just automated messages with no communication. Abcess Bank I call them!
