Absa *****line sucks, slow to answer calls and completely *********** uninformed operator Larato that insist senior citizens run around town to open a unnecessary ***** case with the police when it is not required for an amount of R1020. When I told her it was not required she insisted!!!! Wasted my time, energy and recources to go to a police station in Crystal park that is even worse than Absa *****line. Unnecessary stress and time wastage just because she lacks training and knowledge of correct procedure!!! Absa train your staff properly or hire competent people that knows their job!
