Absa a waste of time

OK so my expectation towards absa is so different, compare to dealing with the bank my salary goes into this account I have been wit absa for the pass 14 years, but I get no help from this bank I also have a credit card with this bank but in the pass 2 years only 1 increase limit as well sas everything I go the bank for personal loan I get declined the consultants jst look at the screen an decline me I have tried online as well an the same I did have a personal loan which was 24 months I free the loan in 6 months thinking will get a higher amount but then I gt declined again saying I shud have come in For a top up which I did previously I got declined with that as well. A bank should help out seeing you in a situation if the bank can help you with a loan obviously u can pay if existing accounts an only pay the bank seeing your salary goes into the. Acc.. Every month paying a credit card wit so many deductions I didn't ask for a life cover on my credit card R60 mnth an even other fees which sometimes make ur credit card fees go up also no credit increase atleast if u get declined on a loan u can use the credit card as back up but. It's all about credit score understandable but if the bank you dealing wit cannot help u in trying times wer els do u go to I jst think it's not fair as to my salary going into the account every month also I wanted to up my acc to a cheque account as to the fees is to much with a savings acc but again the consultant adviced me I might get a credit card increase an need a straight 3 months statement so hold on its begin 3 months nw.
