Absa a nuisance!

I have had the worst service at absa firstly it took them a week to get me a debit card after opening an account with them now to make matters worse i went there today to collect my card only to be told that they need to first verify the source of money in my account,i have provided them with everything they needed now im told to wait for them to call me???its month end i need to pay my bills absa i dont recommend anyone to bank with them its the worst bank ever
