ABSA a failed service bank - Absa Eastgate

<div>I have been a long term customer with ABSA BUSINESS BANKING. My branch and Banker are at the Eastgate Branch. In the last 3 years I have been receiving extremely poor service from my allocated banker. I have contacted him directly, I have written and called a supervisor/superior staff member at head office level to please change me from this business banker. To this date I have had no response. This bank has made hundreds of thousands from me over the last 17 years of loyal patronage. This bank is an absolute fail. I am now looking to move my business to another bank.</div>
