ABSA a DISGRACE
The worst bank in SA ! 30 th Nov 2018 I requested my IT3b for financial year 2017/2018. After many reminders, not a single employee has contacted me or have i received such document. I complained to head office (Tumiso) but his words are as worthless as this bank. I registered a complaint on 20 December 2018 and yet has anyone lifted a phone to contact me. This bank is a disgrace, its employees are ***********. Management have got no control what so ever. This is the next bank to fall in SA. If you have money in this bank get it out while you still can. I am so glad I closed all my accounts with this circus.!
