ABSA a DISGRACE

I have a cheque acc with CR card acc. and more with this bank. On 1st Sept 2017 I try to make payments to my beneficiaries and ABSA has conveniently removed all my beneficiaries linked to another card number which they allege it being in my possession. Which makes it more suspicious, my present CR card only expires in NOV 2017, but yet ABSA have moved all my beneficiaries to this new CR card. Calling the call center, which i did is as useless as trying to speak to a wall. They say i must make an "omni" switch with this new card which I don't even have!!. This reeks of *****. Be careful ABSA account holders, this bank is going to fall with all your money. SWITCH while you can which I will be doing ASAP. ONLY ABSA staff could have switched my beneficiaries etc to this alleged new card which is allegedly in my possession. This is the worst bank in AFRICA !
