ABSA a disaster
Absa really doesn't care about its clients never mind their Private Banking clients. When you make arrangements with their Credit Card and Vehicle Finance divisions they fail to submit you with written confirmations of the agreements and just expect you to take legal calls after you made arrangements with them. They want to make unprofessional arrangements and then refuse to reply or respond to any backlash. The private banker tries her best but the bank itself is a disaster. Why must clients contact the bank to make arrangements and yet they fail to administer it. Rather move to another Private Bank. This comes from a use-to-be loyal Absa client. STAY AWAY!

09 Jun 2022, 19:11The case was closed. No contact from agent beside email. I was not given an opportunity to state my case or discuss my frustration and come to a positive resolution. An email stating their side and then another that case is closed. This is with regards to both cases state above. Can Asba go from bad to worse. This is a frustrated client who wants to come to an agreement and have to come to a platform like this to get attention. Unprofessional!

Feedback was provided to you that yes there was a payment arrangement for your Credit card but payment did not come through on the agreed date and when that happens a new arrangement has to be made.
Kindly advise if there's something you are not in agreement with.

Feedback was provided to you that yes there was a payment arrangement for your Credit card but payment did not come through on the agreed date and when that happens a new arrangement has to be made.
