Absa a bunch of *****es

I won a competion with Absa South Africa on Facebook... They were supposed to send me a cash send as my prize, I agreed to the terms and conditions which stated I would receive my prize within 30 workindays however it took almost 60 working days 🙄 yesterday I received my cash send pin after numerous messages... I messaged them for the access code which I got this morning, however when I get to the ATM it says invalid pin 😡😠 I wasted petrol and made my kids happy for nothing... I messaged them and their response is they don't know how long it will take they have escalated it 🙄🤬😡😠 I have waited long enough I am tired..... I suspect that they stole my prize money.
