ABSA a bunch of bullies

Hi i have made an agreement with LGR incorporated attorneys to pay R200 pm on my credit card as things are though at the moment and im trying to pay what i can, i did send all documents to absa card arrangment as i was asked on 3 Feb and since then no response so i made an arrangment with LGR. On the 26th of March i did pay the R200 which i have been paying for 6 months plus now!! Yesterday on 5 April 2021 i recieve an email from Pam(Mac ******t)attorneys about my acount.... This has been the third attornays used by ABSA to bully me into paying and as soon as arrangments have been made they send it over to another law firm. How is this fair as i really can not afford more as per lockdown i would love someone to contact me as i have proof of every email and payments made!!! ABSA you guys are bullies and i hope someone reports you and your lawyers!!! I will not pay the arrears as during covid i asked for a payment holiday as my wife lost her job but you guys did not want to help even after what MR Cyril said!!!!! You are ******!!!!
