Absa a bully and a non communicative, unfair, un understanding organisation, clamining to be a bank for the people!!!!!

Absa vehicle finance are bullies and are the worst company ive ever worked with, they lack of comunication and unprofessionalism claiming to be the bank of the people as they tag line says is all lies.last year feb i bought a car from them everything was fine paying my installments on time with no issues,i got retenched in july and i made a payment plan thinking i will get a job soon and in november i made another payment plan with Hugo from collections, come 2020 february the 17 at 15:00 in the afternoon my car was repossed my hienne synman from absa collection as he introduced himself to me at that time .He was kind enough to drive me back home as he was driving with another african gentleman, when we got to my residence he wrongfully adviced me that i have 10days to call absa, total amounting owing was 19k and he adviced to get my car back when i call absa i should pay 70% of the amount owing and i will get my car back and that they will send me a release document with 24hrs to get my car at watloo depo which is where he ssid they are driving it to acvompanied by the secound gentle man mentioned above.he also mentioned if dont contact absa in those 10 working days the wilk auction my car without notice and only call me back to make payment arrangements for the difference amount they had auctioned the car for ,he made sign papers of which we did an inspection of the vehicle at time of which he promised to email you the documents the next day,im still waiting for those documents.so this week the 24 of feb which was the 7th day i inquired with absa as i had not recieved comunication as promised by hienne synman as well as to who do i make arrange payment with as my car was repossed,at this point im comunicating with johan hugo again via email he first informs that my car has been towed to boksburg which i new nothing about and i should call Andre Tolmay to find out if it is at boksburg depo and gave details of consultants from absa legal collection the consultant name was Koketso Mafora to make arrangments for payments, yesterday i contacted Andre who was also as rude to find out about car which was there thank God ,then i called koketso the absa collections consultant which i got a shock of my life as im writing this review im in disbelieve ,this lady tells me a totally diffirent info from what hienne synman is and also to find out the hienne guy that took my car does not work for absa but works for a service providers of therea called titan tracking ,thatd the first lie i had to digest then she goes on to tell me i have until the 5th of march to make full payment of a surprisingly exorbitant amount of 26000 which includes storagefor 50 per day since they took the car thus i assume it never went to watloo, towing costs of 1800 to take it to storage which i never agreed on and was never iformed about the payment and also included my instalment for february 25 and admin fee of 650 for change of ownership to the dealerships name.this is all coming to me as a shock as im calling to make payment and arrange the deficiet to be added to my monthly debit as i found a job and im starting next week ,Thank GOD but koketso profusely ignored what i was explaing to her as per our adviced i got fron hienne when he collected my car and that absa is not willing to let me pay a percentage 70% from the original amount of 19k ,she said i need to make the 26k intotal in order to recieve my car back and that as well after the 5th of march my car may go on auction at any point in time during the month of march and im not getting my 20days as advices to make payment but from what she says i had only 10 days to make full payments and my 10 days ends next week tuesday the 5th of march.,going back to comunication she mentioned the posted all this information to me which is impossible when i initially requested that all comunication be by email which she confirmed she sees when checking on the system but absa ignores that fact i guess because she kept on insisting that all legal documents are sent via post and that its not her issue that i didnt recieve the documentas because it was already sent and i just need to make full payments ok the 26k ,she went on to say even if i make the 70% payment i will still not get my car until full payment is done and that storage fees will also be added everyday after tueday.i did not asked my car to be stored firstly ,im livid ,im a catch 22 situation where now i need my car for my new job ,im a family man with two kids i live with thus the imprtance of the car was why i got it the first place ,ive got 70% of the original 19k i signed of for when they took my car ,absa claims to be a bank for the people ,i feel bul**** ,not heard and there is no sense of understanding fron their side when all im trying to do is fix this situation as from common sense and good faith its in both our intrests.

I would highly like to escalate this manner and make myself heard as I was not heard yesterday when I received all these shocking added fees and an exorbitant amount of 26k that I have to pay....In this day an age things are realistically tough for most of us in S.A's economy, even for those that work for absa...If some one could please contact me asap...to resolve this with understanding and fairness I would highly appreciate it.
