ABSA a bank who littery d9nt know what they doing

If you ever want to waist your time and money . Open a account with ABSA bank . Deal with imcometant staff including the super *********** branch manage Marie Mosterd from clear water mall. I been trying to get power of attorney over a bank account for two months now .ever week the goal post shifts and ABSA has a new requirement. But at the same time they can provided me with full details of the process I have to follow or what is required . I had to take 5 days leave now at finals be able to get the power of attorney. Now a month later ABSA email me and tells me I have to Com site in the queue again as they got confused with documentation . There must be some institution that can complete ABSA to provided information and do the right thing . I have laid complains with the banking ombudsman but as exspect3d there no response from them .
